Welcome to Bhudeva Solution (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (if applicable) and all services provided by us, whether online or in-person at our Valsad office.

A. CSC (Digital Seva) Services

  • Facilitation of applications for PAN Card, Passport, RTO services, Voter ID, Fastag, and other government-related forms.

  • Printing, lamination, and document-related services.

B. GEM Registration Services

  • Consultancy and facilitation for new seller and buyer registrations on the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal.

C. Banking & Loan Assistance

  • Acting as a facilitator to assist customers in applying for bike loans, car loans, three-wheeler loans, and credit cards through third-party banks and financial institutions.

D. Agro Products

  • Sale of agricultural products, including seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides.

3. User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information as requested.

  • Take full responsibility for reviewing all applications and forms for accuracy before final submission.

  • Pay all applicable service fees and government charges.

  • Use our services for lawful purposes only.

4. Service-Specific Terms

A. CSC & Digital Seva Services

  • Role as Facilitator: We act solely as an intermediary to facilitate application submission to relevant government departments. We are not a government body.

  • No Guarantee of Approval: Approval or processing timelines are solely at the discretion of the respective government authorities.

  • Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring all information and documents provided are correct and authentic.

B. Banking & Loan Assistance

  • Role as Facilitator: We are not a bank or lender. We only assist in preparing and submitting your loan/credit card applications.

  • No Guarantee of Approval: Final decisions regarding approval, rejection, interest rates, and loan terms rest solely with the respective bank or financial institution.

  • Credit Checks: By using this service, you authorize banks or financial institutions to conduct credit checks and verify your information.

C. GEM Registration Services

  • Role as Consultant: We assist you in navigating and completing the GEM portal registration process.

  • No Guarantee of Contracts: GEM registration assistance does not guarantee business contracts, bids, or tenders.

  • Business Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring your business complies with all GEM and legal requirements.

D. Agro Products

  • Product Use: You are responsible for the proper handling, storage, and use of all agro products.

  • Disclaimer: We are not liable for crop performance, yield, or damages resulting from misuse, improper application, or external factors such as weather or soil conditions.

  • Sales Policy: All agro product sales are final. Returns are accepted only if the product is defective upon receipt, in accordance with our internal policy.

5. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

A. Service Fees

You agree to pay the quoted service fee for the specific service you are availing. This fee is for consultation and facilitation services.

B. Government Fees

Our service fees are separate from official government fees, which must be paid by you directly to the respective department or authority.

C. Refund Policy

  • Service Fees: Non-refundable once the application or consultation process has begun, regardless of outcome (e.g., loan rejection or passport denial).

  • Government Fees: Refunds of government fees, if any, are subject to respective department policies.

  • Agro Products: All sales are final, except as noted in Section 4(D).

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the outcome of any service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bhudeva Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Rejection of any loan, credit card, or government application

  • Delays caused by third parties (government departments, banks)

  • Loss of business or profits (for GEM services)

  • Crop damage or failure (for agro products)

Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the service fee paid for the specific service in question.

7. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our services may involve access to third-party portals or websites (e.g., government or bank sites).
We are not responsible for the content, security, or functionality of these sites or any issues arising from your use of them.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
